highly recommend this company. The service of installation was top
notch, their employees are professional and courteous. We had our
generator installed this past March and had a few issues and they were
out at our home that day (one of the issues was not the unit or
installation but of First Energy!). When you call you actually get a

Just a note of appreciation for installing the Generac generator. On Saturday morning about 7:00 A.M. our power went off. Almost panicked, then I just relaxed as the generator came on. What a relief knowing that I would not be bailing water from the two sumps pumps in the basement. Power was off for over four hours. Well, I thought that installing our standby generator system would
guarantee that we would never lose power again.....BUT, mother nature
had other ideas.
At 6:50 a.m. this morning, our power went out. The generator
started up and transferred power flawlessly. I was able to enjoy my
coffee and TV and computer.
We ran all the appliances needed, without any strain on the
generator. Utility power returned at 1:00 p.m., and the system
transferred back to utility perfectly.
Please know that your team did an excellent installation, very neat and timely.
We are very pleased with your work. Well done.
